What We Do
Schematic Design
Schematic design starts with defining the system architecture and partitioning the design into functional blocks. These blocks are translated into a detailed schematic that captures component selection, power distribution, signal interfaces, and protection circuits. Using professional CAD tools , the circuitry is structured into logical modules to verify signal flow, power integrity, and design correctness before proceeding to PCB layout.
PCB Layout Services
PCB layout translates the approved schematic into a manufacturable physical design. The process includes defining the layer stack-up, board outline, and component placement based on mechanical constraints and electrical requirements. During routing, signal integrity, controlled impedance, power distribution, grounding, and clearance rules are carefully evaluated to ensure reliable and safe operation. DFM and DFA checks are performed to minimize manufacturing risks, reduce design iterations, and improve first-pass build success.
Prototype Fabrication and Testing
Once the PCB layout is finalized, we generate complete manufacturing outputs including Gerber files, drill data, pick-and-place files, and assembly documentation for prototype builds. A 3D PCB model is created to verify mechanical fit, component clearance, and enclosure compatibility prior to fabrication. We work closely with the manufacturer to define build requirements, controlled-impedance parameters, and test expectations. After prototype fabrication, the boards are validated through in-house electrical checks and functional testing to confirm correct operation and design intent.
Transition to Mass Production
After the prototype is validated, we assist with the transition to volume manufacturing by preparing complete production documentation, including BOMs, fabrication and assembly notes, and revision control details. We support vendor onboarding by clarifying design requirements and manufacturing constraints, and help coordinate initial production runs. When required, we also define factory test strategies, including custom test jigs, firmware support, and validation procedures, to ensure consistent and repeatable testing of each PCB during production.
